It gives them freedom to plan their own meals, whether cooking, eating out, traveling, or ordering in. It enables them to move and train with the best form no matter the age and empowers them to pursue their dreams and thrive one step at a time throughout their lives!Olga is a 37 year old single mom of two boys leading an active lifestyle and living an international life while building her business and training wherever she is!
